A reporting pinksheet and OTCBB fully reporting company are not the same thing. To provide a financial statement as a pinksheet would not be too costly imho :)
It's a bold move to show investor's BNPD means to brings things about successfully. It should bolster investor confidence and make the stock more attractive. IMO
