I should never have commented on the terms report. I have tried my best to stay out of things on this board. I just could not do it today. My explanation apparently created a panic attack even though I clearly stated I believe Samsung will perform. Now I have a guy who cannot even spell the word "judgment" chiming in about finality with an administrative judge. I am going back to lurking and will await news from IDCC.
