I am definitely no expert on how this works, but I have to believe that he had pretty much written the decision 12 hours before it was due to be released. The confidential version is very long and involved and the most I can imagine is a few last minute edits.

I dont know why there might be a delay between the deadline and the new judgement day....but I dont think it is because the decision hasnt been made.

Revlis, where do you come up with some of your thoughts? Are you certain that you are a long share holder? You posted the following to slacker

Revlis, the ALJ had his decision in hand to be rendered on 11/25/2008 as promised. This isn't Alice in Toyland you know.

Maybe the ALJ gave them the 30 days fromn their date of about January 9th as a matter of practice or his calendar schedule. But it wasn't because his opinion wasn't ready.
