701983 = 702 THOUSAND, not 7 million. They still hold 500,000, not 5 million. There aren't even 7 million shares outstanding in the entire company.
It also appears to be a historical event finally being reported now, which explains the mysterious & sudden volume we saw in mid-December through the end of the year.
