Could be some sloppy trading near-term


It appears from today's Form 4 that on 12/31/08, about 7M DAAT shares were "distributed-out" to certain shareholders in the funds managed by Praetorian Capital Management LLC. LLC continues to hold about 5M shares. If the distributed-out shares start to come to market in any size, DAAT could tread water (or weaken) for quite some time given that average daily volume according to i-hub is only 28K.

The best way to predict the future is to create it.
