FWIW, I don't know if you're counting me, but I've got 10,000 shares, and I won't be selling them until this makes a significant move. I'm thinking of taking a shot at buying some more at these levels, as it seems like as good a buy as pretty much any in the penny stocks nowadays.

To me, all that matters with a shell, assuming no assets whatsoever, is price times outstanding sheares. Total price of the shell. Period. If there are debts, it is a lead shell to me. I don't like to buy someone elses debt.

You know the owners of the old float. Perhaps an old director sold and now the float number can change. Has the company deregistered the shares? Are the directors still obligated to report?
