Only thing he tells me now is he is working hard, no matter what I ask him... Well I was not part of the exchange, when Theresa was trying to get me to send in my shares, something just didn't seem right. They wanted my shares and/or just send them cash...

I really don’t know what type of recourse anyone has other than hooking the con artists for fraud, since the victims of this scam willingly transferred ownership of their shares to a PPIF called FPA via a Stock Power Form… remember that?

All along the debate was that these shares were somehow magically converted, converted to what??? A receipt of conveyance with beneficial ownership?

Define the term beneficial ownership.

This may be the reason why no one was able to view the Foundation Charter prior to giving away their shares.

Respectfully I am not trying to beat a dead horse but merely trying to look at things in a realistic legal perspective.

Wow...you guys are still here. I guess you must have lost a bundle here as long and hard as you still pursue this, but it'll be a cold day in hell before the SEC does anything about these thieves.

They're only one set of what is most likely hundreds or thousands of similar "wannabe Bernie Madoffs" that have ripped off millions of unsuspecting Americans. This was just another Ponzi scheme like Madoff's, only these incompetents couldn't even make a ponzi scheme work for long. Guess they didn't have an inside track to Chairman Cox, but he's still not going to do anything about it.

The SEC doesn't give a rat's ass about you or me. Christopher Cox along with all the rest of Bush's buddies aren't going to lift a finger on your behalf.

I just hope somebody that these guys ripped off runs into them in a dark alley somewhere, someday, and puts them out of their misery....permanently
