You really wonder why JPM isn't just making a deal. Is Dimon that stupid? Cut a deal for $4 per share and make this all go away for good. He would still get a steal here. The greed of these guys is worse that Lucifer himself.
There will be no WAMU buyout at any price. That is the way business is ''done''. Only lawsuits filed to date is against WAMU in the ''billions'' of dollars. Pretty hard to put a ''twist'' on that fact. Youse all will be allowed to buy at youse's warrant price though. Cheers youse, Indian
