So Indian just think about this. Do you think WAMU would be getting all these so called law suits if they were not seized by who; FDIC/OTS and the back door JPIG? First of all, JPM owns WAMU, and we're only the holding company (WMI). Indian it's already proof in the pudding that WAMU were solvent when all this occurred. So now the judge will decide who coughs up those bucks and that if it's proven the law suits warranted a winning case. It's a lot of factors in this stock, virtually to many to keep up with, and that's confusing the non-savvy investors. They're some selling due to end of year tax purpose, and some getting out because they are loss in the sauce, just to dynamic to deal with. It's coming to a push and shove match here soon because JPM knows they got to make the right decision. The push/shove is a few things:
1. Close door discussions going on now and if they want WMI they got to give WMI a fair buyout now with no negotiations done deal, and JPM knows why.
2. WMI about to throw a larges law suit on JPM azz if they don't fix this now. If this occurs JPM stock will crumble because all the paticulars will be out for the world to see, and that want be good for ole Dimon & Company. Don't be surprise JPM end up with all WMI legal fees.
3. WMI might not be challenging JPM but for one main thing here, obviously the 4.4 billion. They probably telling JPM we only need to talk about one main concern. WMI wants to reorganize and demanding their assets back now. Let's not forget JPM got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
4. Last but not least - "The Vultures are waiting outside the hatches". They can't touch WMI presently due to the judge/BK court have control of the situation now. Oh Yea, If someone would buyout IndyMac, do I need to say more.
