That would be true only if BA held shares. IMHO, I believe they did not hold any restricted shares what so ever or most of them became quickly unrestricted before the halt! It would be interesting to know who really held what, especially those involved in the promotion. Speaking of payment, Small Cap Engine was paid in shares, how many were sold and how much money was made?
And while were are speaking of foresight, and reviewing the hindsight of your talking about audited financials, stock buybacks and cash flow positive speaks volumes as to what one should believe from a promoter.........

As they say, hindsight is 20\20 and I choose the excerpts from IHub hindsight as to what or whom I choose to believe. My belief is and by your own admittance from work experience with Plant, you knew but remained quite until the hammer fell and all the while selling the shares you were given, show me any different result..........
Dude, don't describe that hokey work ethic and the reason for quitting over to me again, it just does not fit fact or otherwise. I can't see how quitting due to the morals of working for a so called crook, Plant has anything to do with it because the morals and scruples fit whom you chose to work for today, Hank Zelma? When the shoe fits sort of thing...........
And I think you'll find that both Mr. Zemla and Mr. Sullivan have been in constant contact with the Feds on Mr. Plant's case. That's my understanding. I guess the Feds want to know as much as possible.
It's called CYA and an attempt to get an early release for his ongoing cooperation. I thought Hank had no involvement here or is that coming back to haunt him now?
BTW - As to your understanding, how is ole Hank, "Mr. Zelma", still locked up? Is he facing any additional felony charges not mentioned yet?
