Knowles, you never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
As I have stated on more than half a dozen posts, I knew Plant was a lier. He lied to me and everyone else who were in on the conference call in which he described a previous deal that was not publicly announced. Just talk to Jimmy. You have his number. He can tell you exactly who was in on the call, the deal he described, the alleged buyer of the deal and the number of pieces the deal was worth.
Better yet, call Heaton and he can tell you. He can also tell you exactly what was in the note I sent him.
As for Plant - I knew he was a lier. I did not know he was a crook. Even I never thought he would be ballsy enough to lie about a government contract. The deal he spoke about on the call was never publicly disclosed. The harm was minimal. Only I quit as a result of this incident. You may remember the company hired a big time sales rep. He was also in on this conversation, but he was fired by Plant for demanding to see the patent information before selling the company's products. Plant didn't take kindly to people who did their homework.
So whether or not I received restricted shares or not (FYI, they were not) for the work I did is not important. Also, for the record, Small Cap Engine still holds a bunch of CyberKey wallpaper as best I know.
Small Cap Engine was paid to do a job. They did it. And they got paid. BA also had a job to do and they did it. They deserve to get paid for the work they did. My only question concerning BA is whether they had access to the DTC sheets on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If they did, they would have known something was wrong. But if they didn't, how would they know?
Plant had maybe two dozen buffoons working for him for almost two years. Not one ever noticed that no one was involved in the DHS contract except Ruth and Jimbo. Plant fooled them all.
So whatever you think, and you alone think it, I quit because Plant was a lier. I had no way to know he was also a crook. And as far as Hank is concerned, he's never lied to me. If you knew the details of his situation, you might think twice about the circumstances of his plea. Then again, you have shown little capacity to think rationally about Plant, so why start now?
