Ghors: I have been following the stock market for a long time. I even remember before the CBOE was established in 1973 where there would be little box advertisements by brokers in Barrons listing options that were available. As with any market strategy your potential gain/loss will depend on how conservative or speculative you want to be. Personally, I find that the current option market where there seems to be a myriad number of strategies available, is just too confusing for an old dog to comprehend.
