Sounds like Novo needs a TV expert to visit her home. She is a great cook, might be worth it if there are any volunteers.

Phil...you are correct! The cable guy arrived...a very nice man...told him what was happening and what the Best Buy "expert" techie told me.

He picked up the remote...clicked a few times and voila! ...audio! And I expect we'll have news in English tonight at 10 o'clock instead of Spanish.

The problem was the programming wasn't done correctly on the secondary audio program (SAP). While Mr. Cable was here I called the techie expert...and asked him if he'd ever hear of SAP. I then repeated what the cable guy told me...again, he said I was given misinformation. I think I became slightly sarcastic when I asked him to explain why all the audio was working perfectly if that was the case...I musta pizzed him off because he hung up on me! LOL

I'll be calling the manager Monday to report what took place.
