PS,

I have four channels on my old living room TV that act strange.

On two of them, you can bearly hear anything.

On one of them, sometimes you can hear english, but during a pause, there is someone talking like it is for a seeing impaired person.

Other times on the same channel, you hear the commercials in english, but the programs are in spanish. Even the sports programs.

On the last one, there is a constant repeat message about some sort of "secondary" audio.

The thing is, I have four other TV's in my residence that are fine.

So I know it is the TV and not the cable system.

The original remote for the TV is long gone and I have to change channels with the remote on the VCR. So I cannot reprogram the TV. But I am pretty sure that is where the problem is.

And I am pretty sure your problem is in the TV settings.
