I am sorry if I caused a problem. I just answer when either asked or voice a opinion. Its not like we have a hell of a lot else to do and to me every now and then even when some things we don't like is posted the follow up discussions sometimes brings out things we might have overlooked, or need resurrecting.
Can you explain the CEO comments and dollar price per unit. You would think he would have to clarify those numbers, and tell the audience what all is incorporated in that number.
If as some state .50 cents then on a $300.00 phone IDCC would be getting about 1/6th of 1% does that sound right, is my math off? If this is accurate then that doesn't even sound like a reasonable fee. !% royalty on a selling price of $300.00 would only be $3.00 I just can't believe IDCC is going to get that kind of low rate.
Your opinion is welcomed on the rate and lets use a $300.00 phone for the purpose of discussion.
