FYI and FWIW you should be aware that QMLM has received an SEC Wells Notice.
After the Investigation the SEC can file a Federal Civil Lawsuit for the allegations claimed within the Wells Notice.
Further, after the Civil Lawsuit the SEC can forward the file to the Department of Justice (DOJ) who will then submit the file to a Grand Jury which will end up with Indictments.
Now is not the time to be asking QMLM Board Members to "e-mail" you about your concerns.
