If we have an 'agreement' with Nokia, how can we proceed with an action before the ITC? Wouldn't NOK simply move to dismiss the action on the grounds that they have a contract (i.e., an agreement)? Beats the hell out of an 'implied license.'

C'mon people, get a life. You have beaten this "yes we have an agreement" "no we don't" argument into the ground.
