My losing money on it has not one bit of bearing on what I believe. You can't possibly believe what you posted about getting closer on a unsigned agreement merits a 8K. I am either the only intelligent one in this bunch, or the dumbest out of the whole lot.
Let me ask you have you ever seen IDCC do this before? Have you seen jusT one 8K on Samsung and its progress report as surely they had to of made progress over the years wouldn't you think?
Just justify a 8K on a unsigned agreement that the agreement had no teeth just a today I will do this and tomorrow say that is now off the table. You can't put out 8K'S on that and you know it. Even you aren't that gulliable.
I am saying to all of you get real and see how any company can any time put out a progress report when by the time the report is out could be down thew drain, it just don't add up.
I know everyone likes to beat up on me for believing and standing by my beliefs but not a damn one of you can justify that 8K release, not a one of you as their was and never would be a reason if it was just talks.
