Since the company has no precedent for putting out 8K'S regarding any progress on any negotitions in the past, then this relase can't fall into the well we just felt like updating category. Then if those substantial progress had been deviated from, then a redaction would have to be followed up, and to date no redaction, so that leads anyone that can read plain english to believe that progress that merrited the release is still valid. Now if you have made a report on substantial progress and 7 months later you can't even update or redact, something has been finalized, or someone just lied. I don't think they lied. I think as I have steadfastly believed they have a final agreement, that will be released after Samsung is announced.
