I know RB is different then the HUG but if they really wanted to discuss ONLY facts they would do it over there also?
They know they can insult you over there and run back to the warm and cozy "protection" of the HUG's "objective" monitors...wink wink!
I read your posts 40488 and 40489. I also went back and read your last 3 posts on the FASC board. I didn't understand them, but that's probably because I haven't followed that thread. I don't understand most of the abbreviations. I noted a couple of references to Raging Bull, and it seemed to me you were unhappy with the postings about FASC over there.
I don't know why you were put in jail. I can't speak for Matt, and, as I've expressed several times on these boards, I don't have a high regard for "rules". (If you're interested, my most recent opinion on the matter was expressed near the beginning of #msg-3382747.)
Your feelings about why you were put in jail are obviously intense, but I can't feel them. So, my concern is less with why you're here than with whether you get out. If I can help with that, I'm happy to do so.
We learn, very young, that "One man's meat is another man's poison" and "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". These little truisms help us understand there are many opinions in the world ... some different than our own. I think, as you obviously do, we have an obligation to explain our opinion to those who disagree with us. Unfortunately, doing so with too much intensity is usually counter-productive.
There are many kinds of people on iHub. Some are honest and helpful, some are clowns, but, whatever they are, we can't change them. Fortunately, most of the clowns aren't worth worrying about. They quickly show their asses and are recognized for the trash they are. There are a few really good professional hypers and bashers around, but even when we can recognize them they are difficult to expose.
I'm afraid none of this is very helpful. As I said, I can't speak for Matt and I don't really care what the rules are, so I can't be responsive on those issues.
