If they really did do it on accident or not, I don't know and I wish I did. I wouldn't have hurt my own reputation by working with them.
Although some may think I am a scumbag, I do have my limits.
I was so assured that this company would make it that I lied to myself to believe it, I turned down other contracts for other local companies because of being assured, and then I was let down by the collapse of this company.
Its just depressing and yes, as Dave said, I have moved on to other things. I have spent less time working and more time with my family and girlfriend, and have just been riding the ups and downs of both FX and the volatile markets right now, but to fund that I do other design work, and the only relation I know of between anybody and Jason is ICTY.
If a company is a scam I wouldn't know it, as any scam would also put up a good front to their vendors/contractors as well (aka me).
I feel bad for investors that give in to certain companies, but right now is such a good time to be buying big boards I dont see why people throw thousands in pennies still...
