Why can't billy just be honest and say," Ya, Im making the stock holders pay my personal bills and pay off company debts. I would say the SAME thing! It implies NOTHING...

The key point is the conversions are still taking place - that's all you need to know - nothing else matters UNTIL THIS IS COMPLETED!

Why are there constant postings about anything other than the obvious?
