Mikey, I just received a response from Billy Raley. Here is what I asked him a week before Thanksgiving:
Hey Mr. Raley, I sent you a email last week inquiring into the manipulation and shady dealings taking place with your stock. I'm sure you're already aware but was expecting a response from you and have not heard back since. Can you please tell me how long we can expect this to continue? Is a R/S in the works? I've been reading some of the message boards such as the one on IHUB and cannot believe some of the things I've been hearing. Please let me know your thoughts when you have a moment.

Here is his response:
Unfortunately anyone can say anything on bullboards without liability. Many of the comments are totally false, misleading, and totally suppositional.
We can identify no “illegal” activity with our stock. Our debenture holders continue to convert and sell thereby putting downward pressure on our stock price.
The company continues to evaluate our options for recovering the stock’s value, but we have not made any decisions.
