Maybe my memory is failing. I thought that Sam Waksal pushed (working tirelessly to raise funding) the drug through when few, if any others, believed in the MOA* or utility of the drug.
If I have that right, he does not belong on the list of worst CEO's despite his illegal attempt to take advantage of the FDA setback.
