this is not the original intent of the survey anyway. i thought the idea was to put toegheter the worst executives for 08. Can we get that 1st and then the worst of all time at a later date? I think some of the ones listed for 08 may go on that list as well.

That’s true; however, a substantial portion of Waksal’s heroics occurred before ImClone’s IPO.

I’ll refine the survey so it pertains only to the period in which the individuals in question were the CEO of a publicly-traded company.
