Just to be politically correct here... Funds were NOT used from MNTY to create ICTY. However, there is an issue of the Invogue store that ownership may have been transferred into ICTY. It was published that a small amount of money was used from MNTY to open the invogue store. If Jason hasn't completed that transaction, it may be a good idea for him to cancel plans on it, because MNTY shareholders may have a claim to it.... not sure of the legality three....
