Nothing against you Pastor Phil, but I think you are a little too close to the Brola's and Des to understand where most of us are coming from.
There is no doubt that there were VERY MISLEADING statements made throughout the year.
I was one of the strongest believers in the company (and yes got bashed for it by some).
Most of the reasons I did believe is because I listened to the conference call, I did my DD by calling/e-mailing the landlords, etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for "delays"
The bottom line is that they were not on the up-and-up with investors. I am probably just one of a few dozen that called public #'s that they had listed on their website for investors, with no responses. Why set up a # for Investor questions and not respond to messages or have someone pick up the phone?
You yourself have posted you see absolutely nothing happening with MNTY. So why defend anything with MNTY, and just stay focused over at the ICTY board, which it seems you believe in more. It is obvious you have some inside information and a direct line to Jason (via phone and e-mail) and you are throwing out little tidbits here and there.
I understand that you buy and sell in the pinks at your own risk, and that is the choice I made. However, they still are/were a publicly traded company, and they do not have the right to put out misleading information.
I am not saying I expected Jason or Des to be perfect and not make mistakes. But, I do also believe in consequences for your actions, and they must be severely punished, do there time, pay retributions (spelling?) and get sanctioned by the SEC.
Sure, I would love to get my money back as well, but I have choked it up to not getting a dime. But, I will help out anyway I can for those that are making a legal effort to have documentation on all the misleading and blatantly false statements.
