AV is saying they aren't selling Qtrax shares, but simply giving money to BLLN at a rate equivalent to fifty cents per share of something, presumably BLLN then.
Why would you do that, as dog says.
In my understanding, the only time a company does that is when they think that is going to be around the price they expect the share to be later - or what they want you to expect anyway.

So, finance being raised at the moment is all about investing in BLLN at fifty cents - with restrictions. Hmm, I don't buy it, there has to be more to it.

you know I did not think to ask that question....still researching...will get back to you on that...if you are an inside or direct investor...you will probably have to sign a non-disclosure and at that time you can no longer trade on the open market...you are privileged to the very ultra secret information....so it sounds to me like you can have it one way or the other....you pay the price for the front row seat....now I am by no means an expert... I am only throwing ideas and opinions out there for you guys and gals to chew on....correct me if i am wrong!
