AV is saying they aren't selling Qtrax shares, but simply giving money to BLLN at a rate equivalent to fifty cents per share of something, presumably BLLN then.
Why would you do that, as dog says.
In my understanding, the only time a company does that is when they think that is going to be around the price they expect the share to be later - or what they want you to expect anyway.
So, finance being raised at the moment is all about investing in BLLN at fifty cents - with restrictions. Hmm, I don't buy it, there has to be more to it.
