What makes you think the company didn't have a selling restriction on those purported OTC Reporter shares?

A company doesn't increase it's OS by 600 million to use as wallpaper.

The shares are losing value while at the same time their percentage of ownership of the company is also losing ground. Why would you buy now when the stock price is in prime Reverse Split territory?

There otta be a law.
