Well, first off, cows ain`t the smartest beasts,

Now, there ought to be some specialized media for
the target audience. For cows, it`s a moo. You
gotta moo.
Now how do we moo to these folks in all these little
towns?
Ain`t they got their own trade publications? I mean,
go in an office for a municipal waste outfit and look
on the coffe table, if they got one. What`s on it?
Magazines, right? I mean, copy down the 800 numbers
and call these folks, and place an ad.
Hell, get on the front page somehow. Aw, we need
somethin` to photograph, don`t we. Gotta build
somethin` first.
Somebody start a phone tree. Call these guys gettin`
all these magazines and tell `em to look at the front
cover (when we get on it). Get `em curious.
Now, am I in the corral with ya, or did I just step
