Yep Ram, it's a cowpie. But I love ya still.
Ok, some people buy land all over the country for different types of developments. They are private citizens that like MONEY a lot. They like the Green thing but only as far as they can profit from it. In other words they won't just build something because it's got Green implications. Got me so far?
There's a small piece of land that they have outside (pick a city) Kansas City, Mo. that's not really suitable for commercial development (ie: retail, office space or the like) because of the location but something like this would work nicely on the land. Still with me?
Where is the return for a commercial enterprise to layout time, energy and resources and Dinero to make this happen?
How many Gallons (I don't care much for the barrel numbers in this scenario) of Diesel a day can it make and how much does a gallon of it wholesale for? How and to whom do you sell Synthetic Diesel? Can it be refined into Gasoline? How much feedstock does it require to get this output? How many KW per day can the generator put out? Can this be sold to the local power company? [I read somewhere that not all states require the power companies to buy surplus electricity].
These are the types of answers I'm looking for. Most of you guys have made tremendous contributions to this board and I am sure that you have ideas and actual numbers that you can put to this question.
