UNRESTRICTED SHARES BEING ADDED TO THE FLOAT is the most logical reason for the A/H trades and this is NOT GOOD if one thinks this will fly to pennies (which will never happen again, imo). The only reason this went to .014 OVER A YEAR AGO was b/c it had a low float and there was A SHORT TERM PINCH - that's it.

Didn't we all see tons of AH went few months ago, YET O/S remained 839, THE SAME.

All the bashers, negative people were screaming dilution, company dumping shares. BUT when the O/S came out, nothing was change NONE. Not a single shares was added to the O/S.

So I hope you guys can just stop screaming the company dumping shares/dilution because of the A/H.

As far as we know it, MMs could just trade shares amoung themselves, or maybe some sellers sold at .0003 or .00039 per arrange deal with private MMs. If the seller is working with MMs he could instruct that his selling price is .00039. If that is the case, it's likely restricted shares become unrestricted ... and get put into the float. Hint, O/S remains the same.

I personally got filled at .00039 few times when bid x ask .0003 x .0004 However the tape only show 4 digits so it appears as .0003 instead of .00039 When traders see .0003 instead of .00039, they get scare and make them to 1) not to buy at .0004 and wait to buy at .0003 which stop the buying pressue 2) make them feel like selling or lower their selling price. It's all about MMs' tricks in this case.
