"it's likely restricted shares become unrestricted ... and get put into the float. Hint, O/S remains the same." <<< THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE PPS and you are correct that the O/S remains the same but. Remember "LOW FLOAT" stocks move MUCH FASTER than one with a DILUTIVE AND BLOATED FLOAT.
UNRESTRICTED SHARES BEING ADDED TO THE FLOAT is the most logical reason for the A/H trades and this is NOT GOOD if one thinks this will fly to pennies (which will never happen again, imo). The only reason this went to .014 OVER A YEAR AGO was b/c it had a low float and there was A SHORT TERM PINCH - that's it.
