Abolish 3x; otherwise, no one will invest in this psychotic markets. Only the same psychotic SEC and the FED would allow this kind of market volatility.
The priority should be Market Stability, not how much traders can suck out of markets using high volatility in this crazy market and economic condition as is many are disgusted with markets with no or very little confidence in the markets.
This market is insane, if you are talking about 1000 points down, you will be sure to see 1000 points up; and sooner or later, you will be fried in the markets with trades.
This is not the normal market condition.
