What about this possibility? When PDGT discontinued the Frisker Pro, is it possible that the individuals who control the Frisker patent became disgruntled with PDGT? Also, if these individuals held shares, maybe they have been responsible for the after hours sells? It would make sense that they might have been dumping shares. Also, could it be possible that individuals who are associated with the Frisker Pro, might have gotten involved in conversations with shareholders and may have actually succeeded in scaring a few of them into selling shares, by spreading fear and uncertainty? I would hope that this is not the case, but the possibility is there.
Regardless, I would expect to see the pps rise, when sales are announced.
