Bottom line -I don't know. My interest has been with the company distribution, management, and products -not the price of stock.

I started collecting data Nov 5. The form ts average about 33% of the day's volume and are at the low. I followed the form t trades from .0006 to now .0003 as the stock price fell. I see them as sells.

How many more shares are left will depend on where the shares are coming from. One can speculate dilution, Latorella, past CEOs. The idea that these are buys in disguise does not seem reasonable to me.

If someone has a contact at the TA, or a MM, or the SEC, now would be the time to exercise it.
