It was premixed garlic and honey marinade from a gift pack of three, the other two were rather nasty and I didn't bother injecting them into any bird. It was Creole pack I believe; I don't remember the brand name. I have quite injecting birds since then, it's a hassle and mostly interferes with the natural flavor, and that's the flavor I'm after. I’m beginning to get the itch to switch the free range birds, both chicken and turkey, I’m becoming quite dissatisfied with mass/cage produced birds grown for speed and size.

Garlic butter and sometimes a little olive oil, but not extra virgin olive oil, the regular stuff. You can make your own, just melt and inject; make sure you inject into all of the places the meat is most thick, and to keep injecting as you draw back on the syringe (many levels).
