Once you try a local organic turkey, you will never ever buy the frozen store bought kind again, guaranteed.

They are very, very good, so no need to go to extremes with injecting, flavorings, etc., which are really just to cover up the taste, or lack thereof, with a store bought bird.

Try one, even a frozen one, they are much better than the other kind.
