Increasing shareholder value is not calling in Downshire, as you would do(why Downshire anyway?), for a quick pop. Increasing shareholder value is a matter of developing a product and an infrastructure to get that product to the market which will create sustained value. ECT has made great deal of progress on that front, including a recent LOI with Shaw Communications. One year is a tiny amount of time in the business world.
