Fantastic summary BC!!! When you get a moment could you please insert these 2 slight alterations/additions:

1. As I understand it the West African dignitaries were already in the United States to speak at a conference & invited Purio executives to attend a private meeting they arranged here in the USA this past weekend not in West Africa ok.

2. The WIPO patent link refers to Purio's: CCETS(Closed Chemically Enhanced Treatment System). So if you could add this description to the WIPO patent application link it would be greatly appreciated.
