I think, since they went at the ask, they are considered buys.

My response was meant to clarify that for every buyer there is a seller.

I have had trades reported incorrectly for both buys and sells.
Probably just has to due with the timing of when the order hits the
MM's or when they change the bid/ask.

I just checked iHub and it shows the b/a was .03/.032 so they marked them
as sells. Go figure.
