Nebula, Many here don't have a clue what loyalty is about. I have seen so many over the years that for a buck they bring out a dagger and stab twisting the blade.

Urban has loyalty to Melvin and many of us know Melvin does a good job. The press release just afirmed Urban's loyalty to Uncle Melvy.

This stock is on the launch pad now...soon to laucnh imo.

the PR was a CYA one. Nothing more nothing less, in todays sue happy world it was needed and is another sign of the value of this company.

The_Free_Nebula...doubt companies would spend those kinds of $$$'s to pat folks on the back...

I say it's because when they closed down RB and CBSMarketwatch a while ago it created all kinds of chaos...and since the stock is in play right now UC may not have wanted to create panic selling by folks worrying about the board coming down...we did lose ground yesterday, didn't we?

'The_Free_Nebula', great point you make about loyalty from uc to um. I can appreciate this type loyalty showed from uc. This shows me that uc is reading what the shareholders are saying, therefore, it implies that uc cares what we think about the company and what they are doing. this is a positive to me be a shareholder. If he cares enough about us to read what we are saying, then he cares enough about the shareholder to do what is in the best interest of the shareholder and our company. I can tell that he means to be loyal to all his friends. And I think that he sees the shareholders as his friends.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Melvie's said he's never met Urbie. It's not like they're boyhood friends, for God's sake.

Some people don't get it or don't understand real friendship and loyalty. I have no idea what those 2 men have been through.
