people dont buy what sales people are selling they typically buy based on what the sales person is saying... i think we'd like to believe that people wouldnt mislead us, but it happens all the time..im not sure i was taken with the windows, because they do look nice and the quality of installation is better than ive seen on other homes, but somehow i thought id see an actual reduction in my bill... the raise in rates may have something to do with it, but my usage graphs dont show much difference in appearance... i learned from this experience...

if this guy had been selling me a car, my guard would have been up from the get go... i like repeat business as its the easiest sale to make, as the initial sales experience pays off with a degree of trust that doesnt need to be re-established each time... in my current job, i spent alot of time developing relationships based on fairness and trust, now all i have to do is take orders like a waiter and provide the service to back it up...

i think the last 8 years shows us how easy it is to fool alot of people with the classic bait and switch... "im a uniter not a divider" comes to mind...
