IF WFC makes an offer of at least $10....

I hope WMI takes it. That would be a slap in the face for JPM.

WMI would get rid of majority of their liabilities since JPM took over the bank division.... the FDIC in cahoots would look bad.

WMI and WFC would come out smelling like a rose... a win win situation for both.

WFC gets the NOLs and assets, WMI gets fair price and moves under a big umbrella....
