I feel very strongly about a deal of some kind has to be announced before any assets are itemized for the world to see. This may mean another delay or two but something has to happen very soon.

Do you guys really think that anybody will make an offer of $10 pps or $8pps for WMI?

How could WFC can make an offer of $10 pps for WMI?

For WHAT?

WFC would then spend $10pps x 1.7B shares = $17B!! and let's even forget about the pref. shares.

For WHAT would WFC pay $17B to WMI?

For $4.4B cash and may be $2B to $7B NOL? At max $12B!
They would spend $17B right away so that they can get $4.4B from WMI and $2B to $7B tax returns from NOLs in the next 20 years!! Does that make ANY SENSE at all???!?

PS: $32B other assests WMI claims that they have, nobody knows how much of that is gone with the wind and how much of it is available %1? %10? %20?? So forget about that! We will all see next year!
