'spockster202', If I am not mistaken, I believe that 10-12 were buys of .0006, I had a buy in for 665000 shares that did not get filled at that 0006 price neither. The .0006 price just blew by my .0006 buy price. I had to end up buying for .0007 at 3:58 and the order was filled immediately.
