Growth... better question to ask, why is company providing themselves most of their financing with personal money through restricted shares? Why wouldn't they just dilute like most companies do? Or if there is a extreme short position. Why not sell the shorts shares if they need money. I have talked to Bill Young on the phone and he said shorts have come to SPNG and offered to buy shares from them... Why wont the company sell them shares for money? Answer those questions, and that might be a sign to buy as many SPNG shares as possible..

Better question, if this was a scam, they are really trying to sell it, Howard Stern, Nascar, Sports Teams, D.S. foundation, many info style commercials with various products. Once again, if it was a scam, why finance your own growth of a scam.... why would you invest a dime into your scam? Oh yeah, they fooled Viacom/Nick... LOL

What company do you know of that to go from nothing to 100's of millions did not need many millions in funding to do it? If a penny stock that did not have to issue a lot of shares to get funding? Profits are on 10K and 10Q but not enough yet to self fund. You will never build a big company without millions in funding in early stages never. They will end need for dilution funding faster then most. If it ends this year to be able to self fund that fast is rare. It is ending this year as Q1 they needed 400 million increase in A/S and in Q2 they did 150 million. Clearly they are not seeing as big a need from RM now.
