Snake no scam I have ever seen had any management invest their millions. They do what you wrote just sell shares to toxic funders or dump unrestricted shares into the market. Dilution rarely ends because how often have we seen after dilution any produce growing results and profits for years. Few ever show any eps they fund losses for years. This is one of the few legit ones that is actually funding to go from nothing to big company. Deals like Viacom just provide proof of that. That deal alone can take them to 100's of millions per year.

There is no better way to fund a company then from management money. That gives them a big risk with their money to make it a big successful company. When most managements risk little they easy to see why they just dump shares and build nothing.

Also does anyone think Viacom would ever do a deal to let SPNG use it's name and characters if SPNG wasn't 100% legit? They have so many lawyers and accountants who would have done a lot of dd on SPNG and its management before ever inking a contract with them. Viacom takes use of its name of property very serious. That deal was probably in the works for a year before Viacom decided to do the deal.
