The MEAT has spoken. Let's give it a month to see how the StickyPosts are used; how they're abused; how annoying; how useful they are and we'll consider modifications then.

Sounds groovy, baby?

I stop using the ibox completely as a moderator ever since Ihub had incorporated the editor to it. To much work not enough time to update for me. Love the sticky note fwiw. Keep it simple comes to mind. Ihub gets 5 pickles for the sticky note.

You are correct, meatmuffin. So why not take the sticky note idea up to the next level?

Allow any Board Moderator to create a one-line sticky-note, which is NOT connected to a post number or to a certain post. Just a one sentence 'bulletin board' message, which could be changed, updated or removed at any time.

For example, on my ridiculously hilarious board, Paulie's Pixel Palace, I'd like to have a board header that says, "This is a gallery only. Please don't post here."

I shouldn't have to make another post or break the continuity of picture order, every time I want to change it.

I know you can make this happen, because all great artists understand that true creativity comes from transcending the artificial limits of an arbitrary form: e.g., Shakespeare’s sonnets, the European tradition of portrait-painting or writing code.

And since you took the time to read this post, I'll let you in on a little gossip:

I betcha I know who Matt voted for:

Is there some switch I can flip so that, when I use the TOU button, I will know that I have already clicked the TOU link within a specific post?

I was going through this thread, hitting the TOU button one after another on this thread, and I hate to report the same post more than once.

I know that makes more work for the Admins... Thanks.
